This year's Swedish travel profile 2019!

Some years Santa arrives a little earlier than others. Maybe it was even the best Christmas present of the year that arrived today. I am both blushing and bowing with pride. Swedish Nomads is Sweden's largest meeting place for digital nomads and every year they appoint "This year's Swedish travel profiles". And you know what? This year, Rucksack (and I) have been appointed to one of Sweden's top ten Swedish travel profiles!

This is how Swedish nomads wrote about the appointment:

Eva runs the travel blog RUCKSACK and wow what beautiful pictures. Here anyone wants to go out into the world and the blog has lots of good tips on everything from destinations to packing lists. We also think that you should immediately click on hers Instagram and press the follow button.

Swedish nomads โ€“ Swedish travel profiles of the year 2019

I am quite often asked how I manage to write so much and spend so much time on the blog. The answer is simple - I love to photograph, I love to tell about our amazing world and I love all the questions and emails I get from you. Of course, I'm not going to stick under the chair with the fact that it takes a little time to blog. I don't steal posts through my nose, but put a lot of soul and heart into every little picture. But that's part of the charm of blogging. That feeling when I sit with a hot cup of tea in my hand late at night and press "publish" hoping that what I write will inspire and help other travel geeks like myself.

A THANK YOU to fantastically inspiring Swedish Nomads and one CONGRATULATIONS to all the other 9 lovely bloggers/vloggers/instagrammers who got a place on the list! You will find several of my favorite blogs in the list - oh darling, Flying Dryden and Let's Go Explore - come in and read and get inspired!
